Supported Voice File Types

TNZ services support supplying your own voice recordings:

VoiceCast

Automated telephone calls.

You provide an audio recording of the message you're sending. When the recipient answers the phone, your audio recording is played.

Voicemail-to-Email

A dedicated voicemail number.

You provide an audio recording of the voicemail greeting. When the caller rings your voicemail number, they hear your greeting and can leave a message, which is emailed to you.

IVR Numbers

A smart telephone number with a Call Menu.

You provide an audio recording of the greeting message, e.g. "You have reached Company X. Press 1 for Sales or press 2 for Accounts."

Supported Audio Formats

M4A

For optimum results, record your message in WAV, mono, 16-bit, 8000hz format.
