Both PDF and TIF are supported Fax-to-Email formats.
You can toggle your fax number between these formats at any time using the Web Dashboard:
- Log into the Web Dashboard at my.tnz.co.nz
- Select Service Settings | TFax Numbers from the menu
- Click on the fax number you would like to update
- Click the Edit/Modify button
- Select the Fax Options tab
- Adjust the Attachment Format field to match the required format
- Click the Update button
- Repeat these steps for other fax numbers that require updating
This change takes effect immediately.
