International SMS varies by country due to local regulations, operational costs, exchange rates, and network access fees.

Country Band Overview

To simplify access and pricing, we group global geographies into bands:

Our Tiers and Countries may change as international regulations change. Countries listed in each tier may be updated from time to time, without notice (even to us!)

We recommend checking this list regularly or reaching out to our support team to confirm pricing and explore options to lock in international SMS costs for your account.

Your Account Settings

When attempting to send a message to a Band, Country or Region that is blocked for your account, the message will fail with the Result Code 'Rejected-Country Blocked-Account Policy'.

Band 3 and 4 countries may be unblocked on request. Contact the support team for assistance.

If your business has high SMS usage in specific locations, we offer custom pricing based on your needs.
