If you believe your fax number is not working, or you wish to test your fax number is operating correctly, you can:
- Call your fax number from your mobile. If the fax number is operating correctly, you will hear the familiar screeching tone
- If your email address is registered for sending faxes, you can send an email to thefaxnumber@faxcp.tnz.co.nz, adding a short message into the email body

- Your account number
- The fax number affected
