If you believe your fax number is not working, or you wish to test your fax number is operating correctly, you can:

  1. Call your fax number from your mobile. If the fax number is operating correctly, you will hear the familiar screeching tone
  2. If your email address is registered for sending faxes, you can send an email to thefaxnumber@faxcp.tnz.co.nz, adding a short message into the email body

  1. Your account number
  2. The fax number affected
