Introduction to the Address Book
The dashboard Address Book allows you to manage contacts ('Recipients'), including a Recipient's Name, Company, Mobile Number, Email Address, etc.
These Recipient's can be organised into Groups, eg "All Staff" or "Marketing List", etc.
Using the dashboard, you can easily send messages to specific Recipients or Groups using the Send Message menu.
Login Level Rights
Each dashboard login has specific rights. These are defined as:
Login Level | Description |
Account | Admin level login - can view and edit all users, messages, contacts |
SubAccount | Second tier login - can view and edit information owned by their SubAccount and levels below |
Department | Third tier login - can view and edit information owned by their Department and associated users |
End User | Lowest tier login - can view and edit information owned by their login only |
Contact Ownership
When viewing/editing an Address Book Recipient or Group, ownership options are:
Location | Option | Description |
General Tab | Viewable by Other Logins | Select the Login Level able to view the Recipient or Group |
General Tab | Editable by Other Logins | Select the Login Level able to edit the Recipient or Group |
Ownership Tab | SubAccount | Select the SubAccount that owns the Recipient or Group |
Ownership Tab | Department | Select the Department that owns the Recipient or Group |
