Overview
TNZ makes it easy to stay informed about your messaging activity. With our platform, you can configure notifications per message type and result type.
Configure Email Notifications
Follow these steps to set up or modify email notifications in your TNZ Dashboard:

Log into the TNZ Dashboard

Access the User Settings
From the main menu, select Users, then click on your user email. -
Select the appropriate Tab
Select the message type you would like to modify (SMS, Voice, Email, Fax). -
Update the Report Method
Toggle the Report Method option to enable or disable email notifications as desired. -
Save Your Changes
Once you've configured the desired settings, click Update to save your changes.
Reporting Options
The following reporting options are available:
- Email (All) = Always send an email notification; success, failed, reply.
- Email (Failures Only) = Only send an email notification if the message fails.
- Email (for API Users) = Only send an email notification if the message fails, and send it to the API's Error Email Notify.
- None = Don't send any notifications; you may receive notifications from other methods (Polling or In-App Notifications).
- Webhooks = Send a POST to the API endpoint specified on the API tab.
