If you wish to cancel your TNZ account, contact us via the NEED HELP? in the bottom corner of the screen.

Deleting your account will:

• Cancel your services with TNZ
• Cease billing for your account (depending on your contract with TNZ)
• Relinquish any account history
• Disconnect any voice, fax or other numbers

Be sure to:

• Contact using the email address registered with your account
• Include your account number
• Advise the best cancellation date (immediate, or a later date)
