Updating a voicemail number's termination email address can be done via the Web Dashboard.

• Log into the Web Dasboard at https://www.tnz.co.nz/
• Select Service Settings | TFone Voice Numbers from the menu
• Click on the voicemail number you would like to update
• Click the Edit/Modify button
• Select the Inbound Mode tab
• Adjust Email Address field to match the new email address
• Click the Update button
• Repeat these steps for other voicemail numbers that require updating

This change takes effect immediately.
